I will now be focusing more on the recipe side of things and for the next 6 months I will be dedicating it to my brand new and pretty awesome slow cooker :-)
He (yes, it has a gender) is one of my first proper kitchen gadgets.....being a student this is a whole new world to me (which I must say I love).....I have decided to put him to good use and twice weekly will be posting up all of the delicious things I make with him

Hopefully this will give you a 'go-to' when it comes to slow cooking and some inspiration/ creative expansion for recipes. So four or five things before the green light:
1) I am no expert......so it's trial and error from here but it just goes to show you really don't need to be
2) I love feedback and suggestions so any tweaks to recipes, new suggestions, likes or not so likes comment and let me know
3) I won't leave you for so long again!
4) I will still occasionally be posting up my food adventures in terms of restaurants so don't worry if that's what you were here for
